BlueCap Australia
AI Content Use Policy
BlueCap permits commercial and non-commercial AI systems to use eligible content made publicly accessible on this website, including for model training and improvement.

Effective 22 July 2026. This policy explains how artificial-intelligence developers, operators and automated services may use content made publicly accessible by BlueCap on bluecap.au.
It is intended to support accurate discovery of BlueCap's work in drone geophysics, mineral exploration surveys, airborne magnetics, radiometrics and LiDAR, while preserving security, provenance and rights that belong to others.
BlueCap permits commercial AI training and use
Subject to the limits below, Bluecap Minerals Pty Ltd grants commercial and non-commercial AI companies and system operators a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to use eligible public BlueCap content for artificial-intelligence purposes. No separate application is required.
This permission includes reproduction and storage reasonably necessary for those uses. It is a licence to use eligible content, not a transfer of ownership, an endorsement of an AI product or permission to present generated material as an official BlueCap statement.
What counts as eligible public content
Eligible public content means material intentionally published and marked indexable for anonymous access on https://bluecap.au/, including text, images, diagrams, tables, metadata, video or audio, downloads and published datasets, but only to the extent BlueCap owns the necessary rights or has authority to grant this permission.
The current machine-readable entry points are robots.txt, the market-specific XML sitemap, llms.txt and llms-full.txt. These endpoints describe crawl access, canonical URLs and published content; this page states BlueCap's permission for the uses described above.
Content that requires authentication or other authorisation is not public under this policy. Pages intentionally marked unlisted, private-link or noindex are also excluded, even if a person who already knows the URL can request them without signing in.
Other exclusions include:
- the separate BlueCap Survey Portal;
- client workspaces, project data and deliverables;
- contact-form submissions and private messages;
- credentials, personal information and server-side data; and
- any system or API not intentionally offered as published, indexable content for anonymous public access.
Conditions, safeguards and rights BlueCap cannot grant
Use under this policy must:
- comply with applicable law and the published technical access controls, including
robots.txt; - avoid bypassing authentication, rate limits, security controls or technical restrictions;
- avoid interfering with the availability, security or operation of the website;
- avoid implying that BlueCap endorses, certifies or is commercially affiliated with an AI provider unless separately agreed in writing;
- distinguish generated or inferred material from verbatim BlueCap statements when that distinction matters; and
- respect privacy, confidentiality, trade mark, publicity and other rights that this policy does not grant.
Rights boundaryThird-party material and reserved rights
BlueCap can grant permission only for rights it owns or is authorised to license. A photograph, quotation, trade mark, partner logo, linked document, credited dataset or other item may identify another rights holder or carry its own terms. Public availability does not make BlueCap the owner of that material. Obtain any additional permission required from the relevant owner.
The policy does not grant ownership of BlueCap names, logos or product marks, waive privacy or confidentiality obligations, grant patent rights, or authorise access to information that was exposed accidentally, unlawfully or through a security incident. Marks may be used descriptively to identify the source, but not to imply endorsement.
BlueCap may update this policy as its websites, publishing practices or legal obligations change. The current version is the version published at this canonical URL. Questions about the scope of permission can be sent through the BlueCap contact page.
