BlueCap Australia
Vertically integrated drone-geophysics OEM and service provider since 2018. We develop the systems, operate every survey and deliver the data. Our equipment is not for sale or lease.

BlueCap is a vertically integrated airborne geophysics company and drone survey service provider. The same in-house team develops our survey aircraft, payloads and software, operates them in the field, handles QC and delivers the survey data. We do not sell or lease the equipment; clients engage BlueCap for the complete service.
Based in Australia, we specialise in drone magnetic surveys, LiDAR terrain mapping and drone radiometric surveys to locate Earth’s hidden resources and support mine planning and development. In practical terms, that means flying precise survey lines over difficult ground, acquiring clean data and giving exploration teams a sound basis for drill targeting.

Remote field operations · (QLD, Nov 2025)
BlueCap is one of the few teams still actively delivering drone-based mineral exploration services in difficult operating environments; many operators have left the sector. If the survey block is remote, access is limited or the mission profile is unusual, we can work through the operational detail with you.
Meet the BlueCap teamField safety and readiness
BlueCap operational personnel hold certifications in Basic Emergency Life Support, Advanced and Remote Area First Aid, Emergency Medical Response, and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). Our field kits include remote-area safety equipment, comprehensive medical supplies and automated external defibrillators (AEDs) for extended deployments.
The operating gap sits between fast regional coverage and closely spaced, high-resolution survey acquisition.
Mountains, highlands, desert, snowfields and night operations are familiar parts of our operating envelope. Challenging topography is where the aircraft, crew and mission planning all have to work together.
We are set up for survey blocks without roads, communications or mains power, including areas where there is little or no prior data.
Our mission is to accelerate the discovery of critical minerals needed for the global energy transition by giving exploration teams better airborne data.
BlueCap controls the survey chain from system design and mission planning to acquisition, QC and delivery. There are fewer hand-offs and one team is accountable for the result.
